Thank you for choosing Ariel Solomon, EAMP!

Below are answers to a few questions you might have about us and your first visit. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Q: What should I bring to my first visit?
A: Please bring your completed intake and patient registration forms. Forms are available for download here from the Glow Natural Health Website.

Q: What should I wear?
A: If possible, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.

Q: How long will the initial visit take?
A: Your initial visit will take quite a bit longer than subsequent visits. Making a correct diagnosis and laying out a successful treatment plan requires a detailed health history and understanding of your current state of health. Please leave at least 1 1/2 hours for the initial visit.

Q: Is it ok to eat or drink before my acupuncture treatment?
A: Yes. In fact, it is a good idea to eat a light snack before your treatment.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and most benefits cards.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes. Please check with your insurance company to see if acupuncture is covered and if there are any exceptions or limitations. Co-pay is due at the time of service. If you have questions about a particular insurance company, please contact us.
